If Oedipus were a modern movie, what would it be like? Now, you get to imagine it!
Your assignment is to update all of the characters and the plot of Oedipus. Where would it take place? What are the characters names? What do they do? How is the plot new and different? Explain it all. Every piece of the play must be explained in its 21st century re-creation. Be sure to account for all major plot points and every character. Here it is. One night, Edward, as a 15 year old teen, went out to dinner with his adoptive parents, Byron and Mary. They went to a Chinese restaurant called Delphi. After they ate, Edward's parents went to the car and he followed out with them. As he walked out, he forgot his fortune cookie. He put it in his pocket and went about his way. At night, he opened his fortune cookie and read its contents. The fortune was as written: "You will commit patricide and adultery with your matriarch". The fortune was sad indeed. He ran away from his home on 122 Corinth Ave and proceeded to the next neighborhood over: Thebes Estates. There, he came to the crossroads that intersected Thebes Estates, Delphi restaurant, and Corinth Avenue. There, a hooded man (Lloyd) walked up to Edward and Edward felt threatened and beat him to death with his bare hands. A man saw this incident and took a photo of the event. Edward proceeded to his destination of Thebes Estates and walked up to the security guard. The security guard told Edward if he could solve his riddle, he can pass through. It took Edward 20 years to solve that riddle and was the first to solve it. Edward answered it right and was greeted by a woman named JoAnna. The were in love at first sight and got married. Edward and JoAnna were presidents of the Home Owners Association. Tyree has been best friends with Edward since forever, even after he recieved eye surgery, and Tyree was like an "advisor" for Edward. After hearing the news of someone in Thebes Estates dying, Oedipus took strict action and wanted the person responsible for murder to be evicted from Thebes Estates. Tyree went to Delphi and recieved a fortune that said: "Your closest companion will confess to a murder". Edward asked if Tyree had any news regarding the murder and he said yes and told him that he killed the man. Edward and Tyree got into an altercation and Tyree left without hesitation.

Mr. and Mrs. Vanderbilt were are very esteemed couple with a very high social status on the Upper East Side of Thebes, New York. When they found out that Genevive Vanderbilt was pregnant with a baby boy they were ecstatic that they would have someone to carry on the family name! While getting a sonogram, they saw that their son had a terrible birth defect of down syndrome which would not be acceptable for a family of such high statute. They decided to keep the pregnancy a secret and give him up for adoption when he is born. On the lower west side of Corinth, New York Donny and Andi were selected as the adoptive parents, because no one would ever know that he was a Vanderbilt. Donny and Andi's adoptive son was named Blake. On Blake's 16th birthday, he had a dream that told him of his prophecy in life to kill his father and marry his mother. This horrified him, but he didn't believe it because it was just a dream and they don't usually come true. Then it came to him again on his 17th and 18th birthdays. He then ran away because of these terrible nightmares, without saying goodbye to his parents. He took his car up to the Upper East Side, across the Brooklyn Bridge and into Thebes, New York, a place he had never been. While crossing the Brooklyn Bridge he became distracted and hit another car, carrying 3 people. Two people were dead and only one survived. Blake was so traumatized that he ran away and left the scene without turning back. He then wandered into a coffee shop where he saw a beautiful older woman in her mid 30's crying histerically. He figured he would meet a new friend and start a new life, so he went up to her and asked her what was wrong. She said that her husband had just died in some sort of accident and her name was Genevive. They immediately hit it off and fell inlove instantly after talking all day in the coffee house. By the next year they were married and two years later they had numerous kids. The dream came back to haunt Blake on his 21st birthday, and at that point he decided to see a therapist, Dr. Sheffield.
As Blake began to unravel his story to the doctor, Dr.Sheffield realized that Blake was the adoptive child of Donny and Andi because Dr.Sheffield was Donny's therapist as well. He then brought Genevive and Blake together to discuss this and all the secrets began to pour out. Genevive realized the madness before Blake did and she immediately ran out to kill herself and stop the pain that was to come. Blake was then told of his father's death in the car accident, his adopted childhood, and his mother being Genevive and he stormed out as well. He was so dazed and confused that he wandered outside on the street and tripped on a glass bottle. The glass got caught in his eyes and he was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was treated, but perminently blind.

Larry and Jeri had a baby, but they were not ready to have one yet. INstead of having an abortion, they decided to put him up for adoption. They left a little name card with the name Edddy, but on the way they dropped him, and his foot got swollen. Eddy got adopted by a couple named Mary and Paul. Eddy was 16 when he was working at a hospital for community service. He helped a an named Larry, who was ironically his father. Larry knew this, but did not have the heart to tell him. Larry was dying. Unable to suffer the pain, he asked Eddy to pull the plug. Eddy,who came to be fond of the "QUAINT" old man, regrettedly pulled the plug and ended his suffering. Eddy was crying in the corridor of the hospital, but then found a woman named Jeri to console him. They fell in love. They had children, and Eddy went on to be a successful neurosurgeon. One day, a man named Teddy was his patient, and said that Eddy looked like a man who killed somebody. Eddy denied this, but went to home heavy-hearted. When he told Jeri about this, she said that her husband Larry was killed at a hospital, and was being treated for a brain tumor. She also said that her and Larry had a kid with a swollen foot. Eddy found out the truth, but Jeri found ou first, and jumped out the window of her mansion. Eddy told Chris to take over the family job, and Eddy poured some alcohol in his eyes and became blind.

One day in the mystical mountains of Cithaeron, California, the President of Corinth, Matt, found a baby boy and decided to take him home and name him Ryan. However, when Ryan grew up he learned about a prophecy that he would kill his father and marry his mother, Carly. Carly and Matt did not believe in such nonsense so they ignored the prophecy. However, Ryan knew he could not take the chance of fulfilling this prophecy. So, in order to save his parents, he drove to Thebes, in Northern California. However, while he was driving, a big deer ran in front of his car which made Ryan swerve viciously. Still, while Ryan tried to miss the deer, he hit an oncoming car which contained the President of Thebes, Ani. It was late and raining so Ryan did not know who is was. Ryan got nervous and continued speeding on to Thebes. When he got there, he saw that the city was in mourning of their deceased President. Even amongst the sadness, Thebes still needed a new President. After many nights of long debates, and counting votes Ryan was announced the new President of Thebes and had to marry the previous First Lady, Cara. The fell in love and had 2 girls and 2 boys. Cara and Ryan kept no secrets. Ryan told Cara about how he was adopted and Cara told Ryan about how she and her previous husband, Ani, had to give up their son. One day, Ryan was curious as to why Cara and Ani gave up their precious baby boy. Ryan felt uncomfortable asking Cara because it was such a deep topic and did not want to upset her, so he turned to her sister, Alexa. Alexa told Ryan about the prophecy but he thought that it meant nothing. Ryan went to Cara to ask if she believed in prophecies because he thought Alexa was pulling his leg since she knew of his prophecy as well. Cara replied that she truly believed in prophets and prophecies and even had a good friend who was a blind prophet. Her name was Sunny. Ryan had known Sunny through his parents because she was famous for being the one and only blind prophet. Sunny knew all about Ryan's past from the day he was born. Ryan and Cara decided that Sunny was to be invited to a party to celebrate Ryan's 3rd year in office. While the party was happening and Sunny, Ryan and Cara were talking about prophecies, a realization came to Sunny's mind. Ryan was Carly and Matt's adopted child! This meant that Ryan was Cara and Ani's real son! Sunny started to panic and sweat and when Ryan and Cara realized something was happening they begged Sunny to tell them what was wrong. Sunny was refusing to say anything out of fear but when Ryan said he would call an ambulance, Sunny gave in. She told them all about a baby born to a family but rid of because of a prophecy. She told them about how the baby was left on Mount Cithaeron and adopted into a family in Corinth that she was friends with. When Cara started to put two and two together and realized that Ryan was her son, she stormed out of the party and drowned herself in her bathtub. Before Ryan knew of his wife's death, Sunny continued to tell Ryan things about his past until he realized that even though he tried to avoid the prophecy, he had fulfilled it without even knowing. Ryan was absolutely outraged and went in to tell Cara. However, when he saw Cara dead in the tub, he was filled with rage and sadness that he told everyone to leave the party. While Ryan was crying he picked up a bottle from the party and threw it at a mirror because he did not even want to look at himself. Pieces from the bottle bounced back after shattering the mirror and hit him in the eyes. He was immediately rushed to the hospital along with Cara by Alexa and Sunny. However, Cara was pronounced dead and Ryan was treated but was told that he would be permanently blind.

Ben was abandoned on the side of the road by his crazy father, Lenny. Ben was found by who are now his adoptive parents, Miranda and Bobby. Ben's adoptive parents didn't immediately tell him that he was adopted. They didn't him to be upset or wonder why his parents didn't want him. Ben's real parents(Jessica and Lenny) left Ben on the side of the road because they couldn't afford to financially support another child. One day Ben became curious of who his real father was, so he asked his fellow friend Teddy who wouldn't tell him. Ben soon began to accuse Teddy of killing his father which caused Teddy to accuse Ben of murdering his father. Teddy informs Ben of the prophecy and Ben begins to go crazy. Ben rushes out of his home and drives to Thebes, Florida. Ben was driving along a hilly side road where it was hard to see what was ahead. Before Ben knew it, he hit a man who was on a jog and began to panic. That man happened to be Ben's dad, Lenny. But, Ben had absolutely no idea that he had just hit his birth father. Unfortunately, Ben hit Lenny severely and Lenny died. Ben immediately called the police and they soon came and rushed him to the hospital. That was when Ben met Jessica. Ben apologized over and over again to Jessica who didn't seem to be that devastated. Jessica and Ben instantly fell in love, it was love at first sight. Little did Ben know, he was in love with his mother and eventually had two kids with her, Annie and Liz. A few months later, Jessica is going through Ben's baby pictures and he looks extremely familiar to her. She then realizes that he looks exactly like her husband. It takes her about 20 minutes to put all of the facts together and realize that Ben is her son. Jessica goes crazy and shoots herself in the head.

On the beautiful day of July 22nd ( my birthday you ALL better call me) Ollie was born. Ollie was very smart but his parents weren't as lucky as he had been. His parents, Jesusa and Larry, made the STUPID mistake of not using protection (aka condom or birth control) and did not listen in heath class or didnt mind getting aids or herpes or crabs or any of the other STD's that are tractable during unprotected intercourse. The pregnancy was unexpected and Larry and Jesusa were not ready to have a baby. They could not afford a child and were to young to raise Ollie. They made the hard decision of giving Ollie up for adoption. Tom and Jesus loved Ollie very much but just couldn't raise him on their own. Ollie was forced to live in a group home with other unfortanute kids. Two adults by the name of Tom and Melinda adopted Ollie. He became very friendly with one the kids in the group home, Tom. Tom had a very forceful dream that one day Ollie would have to kill his father and marry his mother. Ollie could detect that something was bothering Tom and asked what was wrong. Tom refused to tell Ollie. After Ollie begged Tom to tell him, Tom finally described the dream to Ollie. Ollie grew very defensive and accused Tom of killing his birth father. Tom then accused Ollie of killing his own father. This dream disturbed Ollie very much and Ollie grew upset and confused. Ollie stole a car and drove off in an angry rage. He accidently ran over an older man and rushed out to see what had happened. He had killed the man who would later turn out to be Ollie's birth father. A paramedic by the name of Jesusa rushed to the scene. Ollie fell instantly inlove and shortly later got married. Jesusa was looking at pictures of Ollie when he lived in the foster home and quickly realized Ollie was her son. She was so shocked and upset that she smashed a glass bowl on her head killing herself and blinding Ollie

Larry and Joan, high school sweethearts, decide to take the next step in their relationship and have sex for the first time. However, they hadn't paid much attention in health class because they were seniors and thought the class was a joke. They had unprotected sex and Joan became pregnant. They were both scared but, Larry asked Joan to marry him. She said yes. They bought a house and settled down in the small town of Thebes, Connecticut. The night before Joan was to give birth, she had a terrible nightmare. She dreamt that her son was going to kill her husband and then marry her. She was afraid and decided they couldn’t keep their son. The next morning on their way to the hospital, she told Larry she did not want to keep the baby. Larry tried to argue with her, but Joan had made up her mind. When their son was born he was put up for adoption. He was adopted by a nice couple named Phil and Miriam, who lived in Corinth, Connecticut. They named him Ed. Sixteen years later, Phil, Ed’s adopted father and the mayor of Corinth, threw a party. A very drunk guest blurted out that Ed was adopted. Ed ignored the guy because he was obviously trashed. That night, however, Ed dreamt the same dream Joan had the night before he was born. Ed woke up terrified that he would kill Phil and marry Miriam. Ed jumped into his car and drove off in the night. Ed came to an intersection several miles outside of Thebes. Ed with a yellow light went for it and crashed into Larry’s car. Ed was unscathed, but Larry was dead. Ed panicked and left the scene without stopping. A couple hours later, Ed stopped at a 7/11 in Thebes. While there, he saw an older women, Joan. They started talking. Joan was a mess because she had just been told her husband and high school sweetheart was dead. Ed told Joan that he’d had a traumatic day too. Joan suggested they go back to her house to comfort one another. As they approached the counter to pay for their slurpees, the clerk behind the counter with two lazy eyes and a nametag that read TYLER said, "Ah, as it was meant to be". Ed made fun of Tyler and called him a "weirdo”. Tyler simply said, "In the end, it won't be me who has the messed up eyes." Ed and Joan went to Joan’s house and met Chris, Joan’s brother. A couple years later, Ed and Joan got married and had a few kids. However, the economy was tanking. Ed as the mayor of Thebes was trying to keep the town going. Ed sends Chris to the 7/11 to see how it is doing. A teenage girl, whose nametag said DELPHI, told Chris that "to fix the economy you have to find Larry's murderer." Chris told Ed what he’d heard. Ed determined to find Larry’s murderer talks to Joan. She mentions that a Thebes neighbor, Paul, witnessed Larry’s tragic death. Ed tells Joan to call Paul and see if he can come over. The doorbell rings as Joan goes to call Paul. The man at the door, an aide of Mayor Phil's, had come to tell Ed that his father had died of natural causes. Ed was so happy; this meant his dream couldn't come true. Ed told Joan about his awful dream. Joan, with a frown, indicated she had once had that same dream. While the aide tells Ed that his dream couldn’t come true because Phil and Miriam adopted him the door bell rings a second time, Paul had arrived. Paul starts talking to Ed and Joan about the night Larry died and he soon recognizes Ed as the hit and run driver. Paul, out of the blue, asks Joan if she ever looked up the son she’d given up for adoption. Joan bursts into tears and runs up stairs. Ed is confused by Joan’s reaction, but then things unfold. Ed realizes he is Joan’s son and that he killed Larry those many years ago. Ed runs upstairs, walks over to the window and looks out. Joan's dead body is on the ground. Ed crying, runs downstairs, trips on a toy and goes flying into a statue with two pointing fingers. The fingers poke out Ed's eyes. After this accident, Chris says, "I think you should leave.” Ed walks blindly into the night.

The story starts with two young rebel teens, Leonard and Jessie, getting married. Their parents didn't want them to, but they did anyways. So one day Jessie finds out she is pregnant, but Leonard gets mad because he doesn't want a baby. He tells her to get an abortion, but she doesn't want to. She then tells him she will go away for a while to let her cope with the idea of having an abortion. She then has her baby, and gives it to a Social worker, explaining her situation and how the baby, for all intensive purposes, is dead. She then goes back to Leonard and tells him that she had gotten an abortion.
Oliver, the son, had gone to the couple of Melissa and Peter and grew up in a very nice home. One day he was out with some friends on a Halloween night. They had decided to go into this fortune teller's place for some laughs. Oliver had gotten his fortune read along with the other guys, but his was more disturbing. The lady had told him that he was going to kill his father and marry his mother. They all thought nothing of it at the time, but as more and more of the other guys' fortunes came true, Oliver got nervous. He became so nervous that he decided to move far away from home into a different state.
On the drive to a new state, he had stopped at a convenience store and met this guy, who he got in a fight with. Oliver got so mad that he had punched the man so hard in the head, that he was knocked out and then fell and hit his head on a corner of a shelf. The blows caused so much trauma that the man, Leonard, had died later in the hospital. Since Oliver had realized that the man was knocked out, and nobody was around, he ran away. He then decided that this town was actually really nice and since nobody knew he had killed that one man, he was fine. As it turned out, Oliver had killed the Mayor of the town, and he met the widow, Jessie, and hit it off really well. As time went by, they spent more and more time together. After a while they ended up getting married.
Cris, the brother of Jessie, was the owner of the convenience store that his brother-in-law had died in. At the time that all this had happened, he was on a long backpacking vacation in Europe. When he got back he found out all that had happened, and decided to go over the tapes from the day of the death of Leonard. He looked at the bad quality video, and thought he recognized the face of the man in the fight. He realized it was Jessie's new husband, Oliver. He confronted Oliver about it and Oliver was mad about it. He accused Cris of wanting to be Mayor himself, which he could only do if Oliver wasn't eligible.
It is then showed that Oliver is indeed the murderer of Leonard, but Oliver is shaken by it more so than he should be. Jessie asks him what is wrong, an he replies that he had sworn he wouldn't ever murder a man older than him, because of the fortune from the one fortune teller long ago. Jessie tells him that fortunes are nonsense and that he shouldn't worry, proof being that he didn't marry his mother, and this man was certainally not his father, because they are back at his original home. Oliver is convinced that something is wrong, and calls his parents back home. Melissa listens to what has happened and gravely tells Oliver that his father has died of a heart attack in the past month, and that he was actually adopted as a baby, because they couldn't have children but they had really wanted one. She told him that he was given to them by a social worker long ago and said that the mother had wanted the child to survive, but the father didn't. The worker had said that the mother was very young and that the adoption was to be kept off the record in case the father ever found out.
ReplyDeleteJessie hears about this and starts to panic, because that sound very familiar to what her situation was. She begs Oliver to just leave it at he killed her husband and he was adopted, but he is so curious that he decides to get a DNA test to see who he really is. The test comes back that he is the son of Jessie and upon hearing this, she goes back home and kills herself.
Oliver has one last visit with Cris to tell him what has happened and how the fortune has come true. He tells him that he is so sorry, and that he didn't mean for this to happen. He tells him to turn him into the police for killing Leonard, and therefore get life imprisonment so that he wouldn't ever have to face life as a free man, with this horrible thing happened.

The story starts out with Jenna and Damien having a baby they weren't ready to have a child so they put him up for adoption right after birth. During birth, there was an accident that resulted with him having a scar. The couple he gave them to was Paul and Peyton McDaniels. They were a wealthy family and Paul was the head of a big company. They named the baby Schara, the word from which americans derived scar. Schara grew up just like everyone else until when he was about 17 he was at a party and a drunk pothead came up to him and said he would kill his father and marry his mother. Schara didn't believe this but when he heard it but, as a joke, he decided to see a fortune teller the fortune teller said the exact thing the drunk pothead said so Schara started to worry if it was true. So, Scahara got in his car in fled since he was so upset he didn't notice a group of men crossing the street so he accidently hit them, all but one. After he hits the men he goes to the next town and finds a beautiful girl, Jenna, and falls in love with he marries her and they have children but then after about 10 years the police open the cold case of her husband's murder in investigating the think it was Janna who killed her husband, Damien. Schara tries to clear his wife's name and starts investigating the murder himself first he suspects Stefan, Jenna's brother, killed Damien because he was the county mayor and Stefan wanted to be county mayor too. He was wrong, so to see was really happened Schara goes to a pyschic detective, Shaun Spencer, and his right-hand, Gus. Shaun says the same thing the fortune teller and the pothead sid. As Schara starts to investigate the murder more he finds out where it happened and when. He realizes he did kill Damien and then calls his parents to consol him when he gives the phone to Jocasta she recognizes the voices of his parents. She drops the phone runs upstairs and hangs herself. When she leaves Schara picks up the phone and talks to his parents agian they ask him how he found his real mother. At first he doesn't understand but as the tell him the story of his adoption he realizes that Damien was his father and Jenna was his mother. He turns himself into the police and gets life in prison while Stefan becomes the mayor , the former office held by Schara.

Sorry. I forgot to finish...
Edward later got into a fight with Cody, JoAnna's brother and Edward's brother-in-law, and said that he was jealous of him being HO president and Cody also fought back with words. JoAnna comforted Edward after his huge fight. Edward told his story of his travels to Thebes Estates and JoAnna also told the story of the death of his husband. Edward wondered how the two stories contradicted each other and remembered that there was a photographer in the perimeter of the crossroads. After bringing him to Thebes Estates with the help of City Council, he questioned if he saw anything 20 years ago. The photographer showed a photo of Lloyd being beaten to death by Edward and JoAnna cried. Edward then remembered the fortune: "You will commit patricide and adultery with your matriarch". Lloyd being the only man Edward ever killed, he soon came to the deduction that he killed his own father and realized that JoAnna was his mother. With his ruling saying that the person responsible of killing Lloyd should be evicted from Thebes Estates, he had done so. He told Cody to take care of his two daughters and he went on his way. He drove down the highway to somewhere far away and hit someone's car. It was a gang member's car and they started fighting verbally and it ended up with Edward's eyes being hit by brass knuckles and permanently damaging his blood vessels in his eyes and caused him never to see again.

The story begins with Mason at home with his parents Jenna and Jake having a conversation. This conversation then turns into a heated argument with all three of the characters. Mason became so fed up with the arguing that he ran away from home. As he is walking through his home city, Toronto, Mason saw a sign on a little shack that said, "Fortune Teller". Mason thought to himself that he was just going to go into the shack as a joke and get his fortune read. When the fortune teller looked at his hands, she told him that she had bad news, she said "when you grow up you are going to rape your mother and kill your father." Mason thought of this all as a joke and continued his long journey away from home. Mason hitched rides from Toronto all the way to the streets of detroit. Mason spent 2 long days living on the streets before two kind people named Robbie and Ali took him to their house for a night. This night turned into a year which then turned into 5 years. After being away from his parents for five years, Mason missed them and wanted to go back to toronto to find them. When he told Robbie and Ali what he wanted to do, they bought him a plane ticket the next day. After he lands in Toronto, he goes straight to the heart of the city to find his parents. That night as he is walking through the streets he is approached by a guy that wants Mason's wallet. Mason pulled a knife out of his back pocket and killed the man(it was his dad). Knowing that he needed money he found a job working at local restaurant. He became very good friends with one of the other people that worked at the restaurant and took her out on a few dates After about a month he ended up sleeping with her. A few days later Mason went to a restaurant called "Charles" to get dinner. There he saw someone that looked very familiar. It was his old friend Michael who had recently become the governor of Toronto. Mason took Michael back to his house to show him his new girlfriend. When they got to the house, Michael told Mason that his girlfriend was his mom. Mason then went into the kitchen and cut off his ears so he couldnt hear anyone making fun of him about him sleeping with his own mom.

Jessy and Larry were high school sweathearts. But they were stupid and had unprotected sex, leading to the pregnacy of a beautiful baby boy, Eddy. The baby was causing all sorts of conflicts between Jessy's family and Larry's family. Jessy couldn't handle the pressures of being a teenage mom with a job and still going to high school. So she decided to give it up for adoption. She hated the baby for causing all the trouble between their families. When the baby was born the doctor accidently dropped it, leaving it with a scar on his foot in the shaped of a heart. The adoptive parents were Mary and Phil, a typical American couple, perhaps a little more on the wealthy side. They absolutely adored Eddy and would do anything to protect him, including not telling him he was adopted. They felt that would lead to all sorts of rebellion from Eddy so they decided not to tell him. Eddy grew up as a normal kid. One day, he was running late for class and bumped into the cooky janitor (Terry). Terry was babbling on about how Eddy was going to kill his father and "get with" his mother. Eddy was weirded out by Terry but didn't think anything of it since everyone knew Terry was a crazy old man. In fact, he thought it was kind of funny. That night at dinner Eddy told his parents what happened that day in school. When he told them his story, they thought it would be the right time to tell him he was adopted. He was so shocked he didn't know what to do with himself. So he left, he grabbed his keys and drove away. He was so mad that his parents kept the biggest secret of his life a secret. He was so upset he didn't even realize how fast he was going. Another car came speeding around the corner and Eddy couldn't stop. They hit eachother straight on. No one was hurt but the man in the other car was going hysterical screaming about how it was his brand new porche. Larry was so angry he started beating Eddy, and not playfully. It go so serious Eddy had to defend himself and fight back. The whole situation got out of control. Eddy made one bad move and it was over for Larry. Eddy was so terrified of what he did that he left his car there and just started walking. A nice lady (Jessy) pulled over and asked Eddy if he needed a ride. He got in and they started talking. Boom. Magic.
Jessy explained how she just recently went through a divorce. Eddy explained about his parents telling him he was adopted and that he ran away and had no place to stay. Jessy insisted on Eddy staying at her place. When they got back to her house things started getting interesting. There was a spark between the two of them, so of course, they got it onnn. After they "did it" they were watching the news together. A report came on about a dead body (Larry) being found on the side of the road at the scene of a car accident. When the news camera showed a birds eye view of the scene, including the cars, everything suddenly came to Eddy. He started freaking out telling Jessy that he killed Larry. He started going crazy, running around the house in hysterics. He wasn't watching where he was going and accidently stubbed his foot into the table, where the scar was. He threw his shoe off and got ice. But Jessy noticed the scar on his foot and put the pieces together. She couldn't live with the guilt of what she had done. She called her brother (the only person she was close with in her family) to tell him goodbye and that she loved him. Then she went into the bathroom, slit her wrists and killed herself. Eddy was still freaking out and didn't even know what happened to Jessy. A few minutes later, a man claiming to be Jessy's brother Chris comes barging into the house trying to stop Jessy from killing herself even though it was too late. He told Eddy everything Jessy told him before she killed herself, including that she was Eddy's mother and Larry was Eddy's father. Eddy was so depressed he hung himself and told Chris to tell the authorities the truth about Larry's death after he was dead. ALL BECAUSE OF THE CRAZY JANITOR!

The story of Junior starts out in Washington, D.C., where the couple Mike and Debra lived. Mike was president of the United States so he was a very important figure to the citizens of the USA. About 30 years ago Mike and Debra decided to have their first child. However their child was a premature baby and Mike and Debra couldn't handle raising a disabled child so they thought the best idea was to put their baby in an adoption center. Without their knowing, a nice middle class couple Margaret and Joseph enter the adoption center since Margaret couldn't get pregnant and they looked for their perfect baby. While in the center, Margaret spots her eye on a beautiful baby boy. They decided to get him and name him Junior since he was so small from being born so early. Since then, Margaret and Joseph raised Junior until he was about 25 when he became mayor of Baltimore City. However, when Junior turned thirty he got in his car to drive to Washington D.C since he ran for President and won! While on his way, he got into a car accident. It turned out he killed all of the passengers in the car. It was not his fault though! A few days later when he returned to DC America struck out into swine flu. Nobody could find a cure for it, it was a disaster. Him and his new wife, Debra, sent Debra's brother, Nick, to go find out information about possible swine flu cures. The only one that struck out was an investigation center that found blood of a man with rare symptoms of Swine Flu. Nick talked to the investigator that said that the only way swine could be cured was if they used the blood from this man to create a vaccine. Nick told Debra and Junior the news and Junior decided since he was president, it was his mission to create the cure. Even though Junior was prepared for this, he was nervous so he went to a Psychic, Brandon who would put him in his place. Brandon's place was interesting because you needed to submit your DNA before actually talking to him. After he submitted his DNA Brandon told him some very shocking news. Brandon told Junior that based on his DNA he was related to one of the men he killed in the car crash. In fact that happened to be his dad. Brandon told him that his dad was former President Mike. Brandon told Junior how he was adopted and his parents never told him since they were unaware of his birth parents. Junior didn't think this couldv'e been true how could this be. Additionally his father was the one with the rare case of Swine. Junior stormed out of the room with complete anger knowing that he couldn't have killed his father, who was president mike, who had the strange case of Swine, which he had to use to make the cure. Junior went home and talked about his strange experience with Debra. Debra was getting suspicious since she was previously, secretly, married to President Mike. The two of them had given up a child for adoption. Could this be her birth son... that she was married to?! Although still unbelieving, Junior went back to Brandon who told him more information. He told him that his fortune told him since birth that he was meant to kill his father in a car crash on the street going to D.C. Brandon explained the strange fortune to Junior. It turns out all Brandon said was true since he knew everything. He was a hidden genius that know one knew about and he could answer any question. With this news, Debra committed suicide from all of the stress from this crazy situation she was part of. Junior continued to work on the cure and finally got it. The vaccine was sent out across the country and everyone was saved. However, when he got the vaccine himself, he died slowly. There was too much of a similarity between the DNA of the vaccine and his. The DNAs matched up and somehow killed Junior's immune system. Although Junior saved his country, his "blindness" of information and his family killed him and his family.
